Blümchen Adult Incontinence Pants

These incontinence pants join where the Blümchen XL baby diapers stop. They fit in size XS from about 25-30kg, so from about 8-10 years.

Blümchen incontinence pants are available in 3 models:

• StayDry pants with Velcro closure
• 2in1 trousers with velcro fastening (exchangeable absorbent pads for velcro fastening)
• StayDry briefs with snaps

Flower StayDry pants with Velcro closure:

These pants are a modern insert system, which is equipped with a soft StayDry membrane on the inside in the form of a slip. The absorbent insert is not inserted over the back cuff, as is the case with classic pocket diapers, but at the side via a generous opening at the leg cuff. This also provides a soft, elastic leg lining. The waterproof leg cuffs have a crease, which provides an excellent leakage protection and enough volume for additional absorbent pads. The incontinence pants are supplied with a body-shaped absorbent pad made of microfibre. Additional absorbent pads made of microfibre or organic cotton can be ordered separately.

Sizes:

XS/ Junior: waist size 38-60cm - for children between approx. 8 and 13 years - please measure!!!!
S: waist size 55-90cm
M: waist size 65-110cm
L: waist size 85-130cm

The size should always be kept to a minimum, as the waist size is generous and also allows for overlaping, but the stride length must be adjusted exactly. If you choose a diaper that is too big, it will fit too loosely. If the waistband is large but the hips are rather slim, always choose the smaller size. With a smaller taller waistband, but strong hips, the larger size is better.

Depending on your requirements, you can either combine the absorbant pads supplied with the absorbant pads of the same size or add small pads at certain points. Blümchen offers body-shaped pads in sizes XS, S and L as well as folded pads in various materials. Small boosters for the inner panty can be found in the standard range, such as the bamboo charcoal absorbent pad.

For our adult pant, we recommend a single microfibre insert for weak incontinence, and an additional organic cotton insert to be placed under the microfibre insert for stronger incontinence or night-use. Organic cotton pads are available in body-shaped sizes XS, S and L (size L fits size M and size L). Alternatively, we also offer microfibre inserts with StayDry and bamboo viscose surface.

Care: the panties can be washed at 40°C, or once at 60°C if they are very dirty. We do not recommend constant washing at 60°C as this reduces the lifespan. Do not soak the nappies as this will cause the waterproof membrane to delaminate. We recommend not storing the used pants for more than one day to avoid mould and to protect the elastics.

Blümchen 2in1 Adult Incontinence Pants

These incontinence pants offer a hook-and-loop absorbent pad system. The absorbent pads made of soft bamboo viscose have an elstic leg closure and thus offer additional leakage protection. They are attached to the front and back of the waterproof pants with Velcro. When needed, you simply replace the soaker liner. An ideal system for self-care users who want a flexible and unobtrusive system.

The 2in1 pants offer enough absorbency for weak to moderate urinary incontinence. For heavy incontinence, we recommend placing a Blümchen StayDry/ Bamboo Viscose absorbent pad under the velcroed absorbent pad.

Flower incontinence briefs with snaps

This incontinence briefs joins where the Blümchen XL baby diapers leave off. It fits in size XS from about 25-30kg, so from about 8-10years.

It is a modern insert incontinence briefs, which is equipped with a soft StayDry membrane inside. The absorbent pad is not inserted via the back closure, as is the case with classic pocket diapers, but via a generous opening at the side of the leg closure. This provides an additional soft, elastic closure of the lining on the leg. The waterproof leg closure offers a crease, which provides excellent leakage protection and enough volume for additional absorbent pads. The pants come with a body contoured microfiber soaker liner. Additional StayDry/bamboo or bamboo terry cloth soaker pads can be ordered separately.

The entire pair of pants is always exchanged. The inserts can be removed from the pants for better washing results. Separately, the diaper also dries faster.

Washing instructions:

• Pants washable at 40C, soaker up to 60°C
• Do not soak the pants - otherwise the waterproof membrane will detach from the outer fabric.
• use only powder detergentswithout optical brighteners;
• never use fabric softeners, oils, greases, soaps (often grease back), bleach (chlorine) or acids
• no liquid detergents: they often contain oils, greases or a fabric softener component and are therefore not suitable, they make the Stay-Dry membrane water-repellent and impermeable

Sizes:

• XS: Tallie 45-85cm - length of inner pants 65cm
• S: Tallie 75-115cm - length of inner pants 75cm
• M: Tallie 85-125cm - Length of the inner pants 85cm - Suck in Large
• L: Tallie 95-140cm - length of the inner pants 95cm

Sizes: the waist sizes overlap, as the pants should be adaptable to different statures. If the body circumference is the largest at the tallie, then you tend to choose the smaller size, because the crotch height must be smaller due to the smaller butt size. If you measure the largest body circumference around the hips, then choose the larger size, which provides more length and volume in the hip area.
Please also measure the crotch height, which is from the navel through the crotch to the tallien line at the back. This length should be less than the length of the inner pants so that the pants fit well in the tallie and provide enough length for the bottom. When measuring on the border of two sizes, please always take the smaller size.
