Flower pocket diaper

Pocket diapers consist of a waterproof outer layer sewn with a lining. The absorbent inserts are put between the lining fabric and the outer membrane, and the space between them is accessible via a pocket opening at the back.

Application: first shorten the diaper using the snaps - size XS for newborns - maximum shortening. Then follows Gr. S, Gr. M and for Gr. L the snaps simply remain open. Then place the diaper with the outside on the changing table. Place 1-2 absorbent pads flat into the diaper pocket. For babies who feel more comfortable with a natural fibre surface, a natural fibre absorbent pad (bamboo or organic cotton) can be placed directly at the lining.

Place a sheet of disposable liner on the diaper, making sure that it does not overlap the edges. Fold it, if necessary, in width. Now place your baby on the diaper and close it with the snaps or velcro. The back elastic should be placed at the waistband and should fit without too much pressure.

PUL outer membrane (99% polyester, 1% polyurethane): the waterproof outer layer is made of PUL, highly breathable, cuddly and absolutely noise-free. The PUL fits very softly and doesn't cause any marks. Wash at 40°C. Do not use a tumble dryer for the cover as there is a risk of overheating.

WASH: use an enzyme-free detergent with a soap content of less than 15%. Take that indicated dosage and rinse thoroughly. The diaper is washable at 40°C, at 60°C the life span is reduced.
Do not boil wash the diapers. Please do not soak or leave wet for days. The diapers should not be stored in the diaper bucket for longer than 2 days, otherwise there is a risk of mould growth.

DRY: please dry the diaper on the line, preferably in the sun. Do not use a tumble dryer for ecological reasons. If a tumble dryer is unavoidable, please do not dry completely. When completely dry, the temperature in the dryer increases to over 100°C, causing damage to PUL and elastic finishes.

PACKAGE RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend 20 diapers for newborns and 15 diapers for larger babys (no breastmilk stool). 
Complete this nappy at night with a powerful absorbent 2-pants system, like the Blümchen bamboo nappy.
